Delivery Times
We will process your order within 1-3 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) following cleared payment. Bank transfer payments can only be checked the next business day.
Allow up to 2-3 days for delivery, 3-4 days for rural addresses, once your order has been shipped.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our items, returns can only be done on a case by case basis.
Returns cannot be done on goods where you have changed your mind or where your circumstances have changed as the contract is final.
If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace those goods if they are returned to us within 10 days of purchase. Return shipping is to be covered by the consumer.
